We aresearching for the best talent for Medical Scientific Liaison to bebased in Bogota, Colombia. Responsibilities 1. Build relationshipswith community and academic HCPs focusing on changing behaviorthrough the exchange of scientific knowledge. 2. Convey the valueof the attributes related to the innovation (i.e., efficacy,safety, effectiveness, adherence, QoL) to gain attributeendorsement with stakeholders. 3. Shape the market by changingbehaviors within the HCP community during product pre-launchingphases - prepare the market and medical community, accelerateadoption (PIs engagement and pre-approval access programs). 4. Follow up on adoption, identifying barriers for behavior change forinline products. 5. Respond to scientific inquiries ofHCPs/investigators/healthcare systems and population healthdecision makers. 6. Integrate scientific data into real-lifepractice to meet customer/audience needs. 7. Identify potentialsites and support site recruitment when needed in alignment withthe TA Head/Senior Medical Manager. 8. Execute Medical Field Eventsfocused on pipeline products close to launch and key inlineproducts. 9. Gather insights from field interactions regardingproduct, competitors, needs, and opportunities. 10. Draw andexecute the territory and KOL engagement plan according to thestrategy and validated by the other MAF stakeholders. Qualifications - A degree in life sciences, pharmaceuticalsciences, health sciences, medical degree, or equivalent isnecessary. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Clinical experience is desirable. - Proven expertise and experiencein Medical Science Liaison processes is desirable. - Familiaritywith global ICSR related global, regional and local PV proceduraldocuments as applicable. - Proficiency in the English language isrequired.
