Financial Leadership Position This role entails leading the company's financial strategy, ensuring profitability and compliance with tax regulations. The successful candidate will oversee financial planning, risk management, treasury, and investor relations. Key Responsibilities - Define and implement the company's financial strategy. - Develop financial models to evaluate new investments and mergers/acquisitions. - Establish policies for cost control and operational optimization. - Ensure compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles within U.S. companies under USGAAP. They should also have expertise in financial planning, treasury, international taxation, and mergers/acquisitions. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration. - MBA or Master's degree in Corporate Finance. - CPA, CFA, or similar certifications (desirable). - Strong knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and accounting standards.
