Are you ready to sit at the forefront of global financial regulation? Our Branch Regulatory Reporting Manager role combines data management and analysis to create our regulatory reports. You’ll be compiling, reviewing, and managing all types of regulatory reports for our branch network, so there’s always something to learn. Up to shape the future of finance? Let’s get in touch. What You'll Be Doing Producing and reviewing regulatory reports in Colombia, including statistical returns and other local regulatory requirements prior to submission Supporting in the branch launch, defining and implementing the process for the submission of necessary regulatory reports Assessing, developing, and maintaining proper controls, robust documentation, and change management approaches for reporting (automated and manual) Communicating issues with appropriate data owners Monitoring and tracking issues to ensure timely and appropriate resolutions are achieved Staying current on new and evolving regulatory reporting requirements, assessing impact, and ensuring compliance for accurate reporting Working closely with Accounting to ensure financial reporting and decision support is consistent in future regulatory applications Ensuring a close relationship with the Central Bank, responding to queries that may arise What You'll Need 4+ years of experience working in a compliance or reporting function for a bank (or similar regulated entity), or 4+ years of experience as a Consultant/Auditor in a Big 4 (or similar environment) in financial services Excellent analytical and numerical skills The ability to make sense of regulations and develop processes and frameworks to compile new reports and enhance existing ones To be a self-starter and independent worker To be highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to local cultural aspects while working in a highly diverse environment Great organisation skills to plan and deliver to tight deadlines with close attention to detail Nice to have Experience working with financial regulators Expertise working with IFRS accounting standards Proficiency in regulatory reporting standard software (particularly Adenza/Axiom) Experience in regulatory policy Knowledge of software or IT platform change initiatives Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
