Define and implement the architectural strategy for performance, reliability, scalability, and observability across systems. Design and guide the implementation of SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets. Lead incident response architecture and postmortem processes. Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. Evaluate and integrate observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk). Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure robust and secure systems. Mentor Performance Test, SRE, and DevOps engineers, promoting a culture of reliability and automation. Create KRAs & KPIs to check for compliance to standards using automation. Create & maintain SRE Dashboards. Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices. Lead capacity planning, chaos engineering, and disaster recovery strategies.
