This role is part of a dynamic data operations team, focused on analyzing and resolving data discrepancies, writing and troubleshooting SQL queries, and supporting data quality across healthcare analytics platforms. The team plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency, directly contributing to our mission of advancing healthcare through data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: - Perform data analysis and troubleshooting on open incidents/issues - Explore the data and understand any discrepancies found - Document, communicate, and analyze data discrepancies - Knowledge of operational processes (e.g. ITIL) - Identify any issues with programming code and provide technical solutions/workarounds - Effectively articulate findings or results, data trends, and conclusions - Create SQL database queries to verify published data requests, retrieve specific data sets, and results as needed for validation purposes Qualifications and Education Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent - Hands-on experience with technologies: Databricks, Hadoop, Spark, Pyspark Python, Snowflake, Kubernetes, SQL programming, and writing queries - Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with technologies: Hive, Impala, Dbeaver, Kafka, CML, Java, Healthcare knowledge - Demonstrates strong problem-solving and business analytical skills - Demonstrates a strong understanding of complex concepts and processes - Initiative to learn and self-motivated to attend to client needs and resolve concerns with minimal supervision - Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of the organization - Strong organizational and time management skills are required - Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, is essential Our Benefits: - Contribute to our mission of advancing healthcare through data-driven insights - Be part of a dynamic data operations team - Collaborate with a talented group of professionals
