About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. This is a great opportunity for professionals currently working in staff accounting, financial planning, or similar roles who want to grow in corporate finance and strengthen their accounting expertise. Key Responsibilities: Support the preparation and review of financial statements in line with international accounting standards. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities: reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries. Participate in the analysis of financial performance, including variance explanations and commentary. Contribute to the preparation of internal management reports and dashboards. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems. Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Help drive process improvements and support automation initiatives in financial reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, tax, and treasury. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Currently pursuing CFA Level I. A Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting is a strong plus. 2 to 4 years of experience in roles related to accounting, financial reporting, or financial planning. Solid understanding of accounting concepts and financial analysis. Strong Excel skills; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
