We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master! In this position you will partner in facilitating product/program-related agile events and maintain essential product/program artifacts. Also, you will collaborate with Product Ownership to deliver a prioritized backlog. What you´d be doing: - Develop and maintain productive relationships with agile team roles, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure execution alignment. - Demonstrate servant leadership by educating teams on self-organization and Lean-Agile practices. - Partner with senior leadership and technology partners to deliver prioritized innovations that align with PepsiCo’s priorities. - Drive Azure DevOps best practices across products and programs. What we´re looking for: - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Information Systems Management. - 5+ years of work experience or 2-3 years in CPG delivery teams or a top-tier consulting firm. - Expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps is a must. - SAFe (or equivalent) Scrum Master certification preferred. - Proven project management experience, including balancing schedules, costs, and timelines. - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. - Experience leading Scrum/Agile team events and supporting PI Planning events is a plus.
