To achieve this, we need people who can shape the future of our business and help us on our journey to becoming the best fast-moving consumer healthcare company in and for the world. **Main responsibilities**: - Achieve established sales objectives. - Responsible for designing plans according to the nature of the channels (Modern, Door to door, Wholesalers, TAT, and others), ensuring not only the achievement of expected sales but also their financial viability. - Ensure the correct understanding of brand communication at the point of sale as a result of collaborative work between Brand, shopper, trade & clients. - Ensure the design of brand account standards in pharmacy chains and retail according to formats. - Utilize constant information about the competition and their strategies carried out in this segment, their achievements, displacements, to develop sales strategies. - Together with the strategic function of the commercial leader, create and ensure the implementation of action plans at each account level. - Responsible for providing the monthly sales forecast together with Commercial Lead, Brand & innovation team ensuring to reflect all changes related to the business, as well as informing about opportunities and risks - Ensure the competitiveness of the Trade M team by retaining, developing, and increasing the productivity of talent through the implementation of the talent management process - Responsible for attracting and selecting new talent for the team. - About you _ - **Experience**: - Proven experience in the modern, traditional, or other markets - Knowledge of the modern, traditional, or other business model with an emphasis on the OTC or Consumer portfolio - Knowledge of the Colombian & Ecuadorian market - ** Soft and technical skills**: - Act for change - Leadership - Influence Others - Cross-functional cooperation - Customer commitment - Results orientation - Proactivity - ** Education**: Professional in the commercial area, marketing, administration, or related fields, with specialization would be a plus - ** Languages**: English advanced level - Why choose us?_ - We want people who want to continue developing their career at Sanofi.
