Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Collections Insights Reporting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely and meaningful insights to inform management decisions, driving the effectiveness of collection efforts, and maximizing recoveries while minimizing costs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team responsible for developing and publishing management dashboards to provide real-time monitoring and insights to senior leadership. - Design and develop analytics to identify actionable insights that improve collection efforts and recoveries, working closely with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives. - Support the development of data-driven strategies to optimize collections performance and reduce operational expenses. - Collaborate with technology stakeholders to leverage reporting synergies and improve business processes. - Responsible for designing and executing critical Reporting and Analytics projects to meet business needs. Requirements: - Five years' experience in a collections/analytics environment delivering performance insights. - Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. - Experience with reporting & statistical software packages such as SAS, R, SQL, Tableau & Power BI. - Results-driven individual with high curiosity and ability to dive into details without losing sight of the big picture. - Exceptional organization skills to prioritize, manage, and implement competing initiatives. - University degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineer, Mathematics, Computer science, or Information technology related discipline.
