**What we offer** **SOLUTION ADVISOR SENIOR SPECIALIST**: **PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES** SAP Strategic Partner Management Team is responsible for support Enterprise Cloud Services as it relates to the partner ecosystem and sales/delivery stakeholder alignment. This includes demand generation and deal execution of SAP’s RISE and PCE solutions at our customers globally. SAP’s ECS solutions cover the business needs of CIOs and other senior business and IT executives at our customers. We are looking for experienced senior level employees with executive level experience to engage with our customers’ leadership and internal VAT teams to position SAP’s ECS portfolio of solutions through strategic, transformational sales opportunities. SAP’s portfolio of solutions for the Cloud Line of Business covers all of Enterprise Cloud Service’s offerings and solution portfolio. **EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS** - Primary point of contact for ECS Partner needs - (Sales/Delivery support), coordinating with key stakeholders (i.e. Partners, Hyperscalers, ELs, PDMs, pCOE, Premium Suppliers, etc.) - Own/manage executive relationships with regional SAP Sales and Partners - Support Sales/GTM activities with Partners and enforce Partner Rules of Engagement - Support escalation team by aligning with Global Partner Management (Sales and Delivery) - Implement One SAP strategy and share Partner best practices across regions - Develop regional Partner strategic initiatives & commercial models - Lead joint account planning & demand gen with Partner ecosystem - Define & execute Partner expansion strategy regionally & globally to increase reach & scale for our ECS S/4HANA Cloud services - Global Liaison - linkage to key partners and internal stakeholders to drive overall customer success for ECS - Forecast/Pipeline for resource management, including different partner commercial models and planning - Act as the Subject Matter Expert / Develops Best Practices (i.e. SCP, S4, etc.) **Work Experience, Skills & Competencies** - Professional experience with large, multi-national software/IT organizations and with a demonstrated expertise in SAP Cloud, SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA. - 10+ years of prior relevant solutions/LoB experience in presales or consulting or working directly at a customer and supporting SAP environments, especially with solving complex delivery planning and execution - Working knowledge of cloud as aligned with SAP products and services - Working knowledge of cloud, hosted or managed services and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud -based commerce/ business network - Viewed as solutions/LoB expert across SAP, capable of leveraging an extensive network on behalf of SAP resulting in successful delivery of cloud solutions - Strong customer facing experience at executive levels - Strong presentation skills **EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION** MBA or equivalent degree from accredited university preferred.
