"> Key Responsibilities: "> "> - Lead the development and continuous improvement of product packages to address recurring client needs and ensure attainment of revenue and margin targets; "> - Co-create and drive go-to-market strategies for priority products across each distribution channel; "> - Drive engagement and usage of our Business Intelligence platforms by internal and external stakeholders; "> - Disseminate our main capabilities both internally and externally with engaging storytelling and data; "> - Identify opportunities for improvement across sales and delivery lifecycle and develop activities to increase customer engagement; "> - Systematically partner with regional and global teams to develop and deliver innovations to our markets. "> "> Required Skills and Qualifications: "> The ideal candidate should have: "> "> - At least 4 years of experience in management consulting for financial services or digital product management in Latin America; "> - High-level problem-solving, creativity, communication, and relationship building skills; "> - Demonstrated Mastercard Way behaviors necessary to be effective in cross-functional teams; "> - Proficiency and autonomy in Profit and Loss statement (P&L;) analysis and management; "> - Fluency in English is required, fluency in Spanish and Portuguese will be highly valued.
