We’re growing our in-house technology team and are looking for a Software Engineer who’s passionate about building scalable web and mobile applications that directly support our mission in the field. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Node.js, Express, and React or Angular. - Manage and improve mobile applications, particularly using Angular Ionic. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to ensure high performance and usability. - Implement new features and enhance existing functionality to improve user experience. - Perform testing and debugging to ensure smooth operation of applications across platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure seamless frontend/backend integration. - Utilize AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS, EC2, etc.) to deploy and manage cloud-native applications. - Work with MySQL, writing complex queries, triggers, and stored procedures. - Use modern ORMs such as Prisma or Sequelize for data modeling and access. - Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and team development practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack. Preferred Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in full-stack or mobile app development. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks. - Experience with cloud infrastructure, especially AWS. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
