As a Director of Learning Experience, you willbe responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating theTalent Roadmap for the geographical location you are responsiblefor, aligned with the company’s objectives. Talent Roadmap shouldsupport the development of all learning experience leaders withinthe business, thus improving organizational effectiveness andemployee performance. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Lead thedesign, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs, includingleadership development, technical skills training, and onboardinginitiatives. 2. Partner with functional stakeholders to identifyand prioritize learning needs and gaps aligned with business needs,while cultivating a culture of learning. 3. Provide guidance andsupport to aspiring leaders, facilitate leadership workshops orseminars, and stay updated on industry trends in leadershipdevelopment practices. 4. Deliver engaging and interactive trainingsessions, workshops, and learning events to diverse audiences,ensuring content relevance, participant engagement, and knowledgeretention. 5. Coach and develop a team of learning experienceprofessionals, providing guidance, feedback, and professionaldevelopment opportunities to support their growth and success. 6. Develop learning strategies that are clearly aligned to and supportbusiness objectives. Design solutions that are relevant,prioritized, and aligned to talent needs. 7. Conceptualize anddevelop content catering to audiences from different functions. 8. Ensure that the curriculum is tracked and maintained in theLearning Management System. 9. Establish metrics and analytics tomeasure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives, anduse data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement. 10. Stayabreast of emerging trends and developments within the business,recommending and implementing enhancements to programs andprocesses as needed. 11. Identify gaps and recommend and createscalable learning solutions to improve learner retention, jobperformance, and the overall employee experience. 12. Implement theglobal learning & development strategy and solutions startingfrom TNA to design & delivery, to impact analysis as perbusiness needs. 13. Manage the maintenance and execution of theperformance and talent management processes linked to operationaland program efficiencies and effectiveness. 14. Provide guidanceand support to managers and employees on performance managementprocesses, career development, and individual learning plans. 15. Manage the learning experience budget, resources, and vendorrelationships to optimize ROI and quality of services. RequiredSkills/Abilities: 1. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, andinfluencing skills. 2. Ability to coach, mentor, consult, andpartner with peers and with other functional leads. 3. Learningdesign and delivery skills. 4. Thorough understanding of proven andlatest learning experience methods and best practices. 5. Exceptionally good verbal and written communication skills. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management System. WORKEXPERIENCE: 10+ years in BPO. Experience in managing learningexperience & solutions for global organizations, specificallyLATAM. Ability to manage global stakeholders. EDUCATION: Bachelor’sdegree in HR or Organizational Development, BusinessAdministration, or related field. Learning design and deliverycertifications, coaching/learning/psychometric certifications willbe an added advantage with 10 years of experience in a leadershiprole. OTHER SKILLS: 1. Ability to make decisions by using logic toidentify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose qualitysolutions. 2. Must be able to foster a positive and productive workenvironment, with the ability to lead, build teams, and motivatestaff. 3. Strong organizational and interpersonal managementskills. 4. Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently. 5. Self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail. WorkLocation / Work Schedule / Travel: Onsite. Occasional travel may berequired for meetings, conferences, or client engagements, as perbusiness needs.
