Role Overview "> The O365 Administrator will be responsible for the administration of Office365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. They will also provide technical support to users and ensure the constant evolution of the client's platforms. Key Responsibilities - Definition of guidelines and good practices for the administration of Office365 services - Participation in proofs of concept and crisis table for major incidents on the platforms - Support to administrators of the platform in the resolution of critical incidents - Ensure the constant evolution of the client's platforms and update documentation of the service architecture - User management and escalation of support cases to Microsoft Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have a technical, technological, or professional education in Systems or a related field and knowledge of managed technological services for the administration of Office365. You should also have experience in scripting and knowledge of Intune, Azure Purview, Microsoft Defender, System Center Configuration Manager, Windows Server, and Power Automate.
