As a Senior Change Management Advisor, youwill be responsible for designing and implementing changemanagement strategies and activities to facilitate and driveadoption of change. Working closely with the change managementteam, you will also be evaluating and reporting on theeffectiveness of these initiatives. The ideal candidate is ahands-on change management professional who excels in workingclosely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure effectivechange execution. Position Overview:In this role, you will play a key part in designing andimplementing change management strategies to facilitate and driveadoption of change. If you are looking to grow your career inchange management, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn morewhile contributing to meaningful transformational change at Worley.Key Responsibilities: · Design & Implement Change ManagementStrategies: Develop strategies that align with transformationalchange initiatives, ensuring all messages are clear, relevant, andtailored to various audiences. · Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with change management teams, key stakeholders, and thebusiness to understand the scope and objectives of changeinitiatives and create strategies that support these goals. · DriveEmployee Engagement: Create initiatives that keep employeesinformed and motivated. · Reporting: Evaluate and provide reportsregarding the effectiveness of change management strategies andinitiatives. Required qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree inCommunications or a related field. · Minimum 9 years of experiencein developing change management programs related to organizationalchange. · Strong written and verbal communication skills with theability to craft clear, engaging messages for internal audiences. ·Proficiency in content creation using Learning Management Systems.· Advanced English level C1 or C2. · The selected candidate mustlive in Bogotá and be willing to work in hybrid mode. You are ahighly organized communicator, able to manage multiple tasks anddeadlines in a fast-paced environment. You are collaborative andskilled at building relationships, able to adapt communications todifferent audiences and learning styles. With a strong attention todetail, you are results-oriented and focused on delivering tangibleoutcomes for your stakeholders.
