At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows at an unprecedented speed around the world, our GBS team leads groundbreaking projects that are changing the landscape of the advertising industry in real time. The Spanish Speaking South America team (3SA) covers the Panlatam business out of Miami, Argentina, Colombia, and 5 more countries in the region through our expansion partner IMS. About the role: The Growth Business team is a scaled mid-market sales team that is part of TikTok's Global Business Solutions Division. The focus of this team is to connect TikTok's vibrant and growing creators and users with the brands and businesses they know and love. Responsibilities - Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities; - Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct or agency clients; - Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients; - Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions; - Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives; - Develop and implement best practices to drive sophistication - Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service; - Update clients on TikTok products and developments and educate clients Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 4+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience; - Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals; - Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; - Excellent communication and presentation skills; a team player and great collaborator; - Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up. - Fluent in Spanish & Conversational in English (due to it being a business requirement in the region) Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying; - Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders; - Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist; - Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing;
