Position Overview: Systems engineer for a mission-critical Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) system. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of a complex system providing Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) and Digital Policy Management (DPM). Responsibilities include collaborating with customers to gather requirements, decomposing and allocating software tasks, coordinating with development and testing teams, and producing technical documentation. The role involves populating the ICAM directory with authoritative data and supporting various integration options. Required Capabilities: Experience with LDAP protocol, directories, and replication (e.g., Apache Directory Studio) Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) encryption and authentication Understanding of Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) Proficiency with databases and SQL Familiarity with Digital Policy Management (DPM) and XACML Requirements analysis and decomposition skills Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA or Redmine Knowledge of SIGINT or IA domains Ability to decompose complex software processes and document dependencies Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in similar programs Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; 5 additional years of experience may substitute for education Active Security Clearance with Polygraph is required Compensation: $185,000 - $235,000 annually. The offered salary depends on various factors including experience, education, and skills.
