Responsibilities - Develop, test, and deploy automation workflows primarily using UiPath, following best practices and security standards. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical automation specifications. - Collaborate with analysts, architects, and process owners to identify automation opportunities. - Maintain and optimize existing automations to ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability. - Integrate automations with internal tools and systems via APIs, databases, and file structures. - Document solutions, technical designs, and user guides for each automation. - Provide support and troubleshooting for live automation processes. Qualifications - 2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath (development, deployment, and support). - Proven ability to build complex workflows, use orchestrator, and handle exceptions. - Strong understanding of process logic, scripting, and data handling. - Experience integrating with APIs, Excel, email systems, databases, and other enterprise platforms. - Full professional proficiency in English—spoken and written communication with global teams is required. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Microsoft Logic Apps. - Exposure to Salesforce (e.g., Flows, API integration, SOQL) is an advantage. - UiPath certifications (e.g., RPA Developer Foundation/Advanced). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
