You will play a key role in evaluating acquisition opportunities, performing detailed financial modeling, and providing insights that drive strategic growth. Your work will directly impact investment decisions and long-term organizational success.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of potential M&A opportunities within the healthcare sectorDevelop and maintain complex financial models in Excel to support decision-makingPerform due diligence, including analysis of financial statements, market trends, and operational performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, legal advisors, and external consultants during transaction processesPrepare clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholdersMonitor post-acquisition performance and support integration planning and executionStay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscapeMust-Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldProven experience in M&A financial analysis, preferably in healthcareAdvanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelingStrong understanding of valuation techniques such as DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysisExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsMBA or CFA designation (or in progress)Experience with financial modeling software beyond Excel (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)Prior experience working with U.S.-based healthcare companies or investors #J-18808-Ljbffr
