As part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality, affordable healthcare worldwide, you will be working on complex IT projects from inception to completion or leading an effort on a large program. Your primary responsibilities include planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. You will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. This will be a hybrid role in Bogotá. Responsibilities may include: - Supporting program managers on strategic initiatives including documentation, managing financials and program risks. - Working with the Global IT Team and collaborating with the Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures IT Teams. - Leading one or more project teams engaged in global initiatives across functional and regional organizations. - Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. - Managing project budget and resource allocation. - Coordinating system access across teams. - Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. - Tracking project milestones and deliverables. - Providing direction and support to project team members. - Conducting project post-mortems, customer satisfaction surveys, and creating recommendations reports. - Tracking program financials. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. - Fluent in English. - Five years of experience in project and program management with IT. - Experience working with efficiency improvement processes. - Experience sharing summary outcomes with Senior IT Leaders. - Experience with medical device or pharmaceutical quality systems, Project Management Professional and/or Agile Certifications are advantageous (PMI, Prince2, PROSCI).
