Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field is required.. Experience: 3 years of experience in of hands-on HubSpot CRM experience, preferably in a B2C or legal services environment. Strong knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, custom fields, sequences, and reporting, Experience building and managing sales pipelines and automation workflows. skills, Exceptional organizational and project management skills, Analytical mindset with attention to detail, Excellent communication and training skills Other: C1 English- Spanish Level. Valid American visa (for potential travel or firm-related processes) Pay & Benefits Base salary: $6,500,000 COP per month. The position offers direct employment with the firm under an indefinite-term contract, including all legally mandated social benefits under Colombian law.
