What You Will Do The position is responsible for: Data Extraction & Analysis: Performing hands-on data extraction, cleaning, and manipulation from procurement systems to support operational needs and decision-making, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Data Manipulation & Visualization: Utilizing tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, and SAP BW to analyze data and create visualizations for key procurement metrics. Master Data Maintenance: Ensuring the integrity and maintenance of procurement-related master data within ERP systems. Reporting & Dashboards: Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to provide insights into procurement performance, automating routine reports where possible. ERP System Support: Supporting procurement data integration and optimization within ERP systems such as SAP. Data Governance: Ensuring compliance with data governance standards, especially regarding Master Data Governance (MDG). Category & Supplier Insights: Analyzing supplier performance, category spend, and procurement trends to inform strategies. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process enhancements within procurement data workflows and providing data-driven recommendations. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields with a focus on data analytics. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Procurement, or related disciplines. Experience with data management and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and other analysis tools. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Desired Qualifications: Strong experience in data manipulation within procurement or supply chain contexts. Expertise in SQL, Power BI, Excel, SAP BW for data analysis and visualization. Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP, focusing on procurement data and master data management. Ability to maintain high data accuracy and integrity in large datasets. Basic understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
