Key Responsibilities: "> - Manage and analyze internal and external reporting dashboards to monitor orders/messages outside of Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Coordinate shared inboxes for external and internal communications, escalate issues to managers, and facilitate connections with key stakeholders. - Mitigate open orders within platforms and vendors by implementing efficient resolution strategies. - Serve as the primary point of contact for order inquiries from all dropship and/or marketplace partners. - Assist in creating support tickets for inquiries related to the Order Management System (OMS). - Collaborate with trading teams to identify and remove aged articles from vendor assortments. - Establish and maintain a solid understanding of middleware relationships. - Work with Global Business Services (GBS) and local accounting to close out dropship invoices with partners and marketplace financials. Key Relationships: - Nurture strong partnerships with Partner Program specific teams (Platform Operations, Drop Ship, Marketplace, etc.). - Foster effective collaborations with External Account teams (operations). - Develop strategic relationships with DTC, eCommerce & wholesale teams (operations, IT, analytics). - Promote cross-functional teamwork with Local & Global functions for implementation of new processes and tools, work stream results, etc. - Cultivate relationships with SCM and distribution centers. - Maintain a strong connection with Global IT. Requirements: - Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. - Proficient in MS Office Suite and working with systems/applications. - Advanced Excel skills are required. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy of data are necessary. - Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. - Able to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills. - Able to successfully manage multiple distribution channels with different customers, systems, and processes. - Able to quickly adapt to dynamic, changing business processes and business partners. - Aptitude for learning new software applications. - Domestic and international travel may be required up to 10% of the time. Minimum Qualifications: - 2-3 years of professional work experience. - Degree from a college/university with a focus on business administration, ecommerce/digital, IT, or related areas.
