Job summary Our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line. Our client possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in various areas, enabling them to provide integrated end-to-end solutions. Their offerings are based on the Microsoft Azure and Dynamics range of products, allowing them to deliver powerful, adaptable cloud solutions. These systems are strategic IT solutions designed to integrate all management information across an entire organization into a single, intuitive software application. Responsibilities - Work with clients on their Microsoft cloud adoption strategy. - Creating high level architectural designs based on customer requirements. - Deliver product presentations and configured demonstrations to prove our ability to meet a prospect's cloud adoption needs. - Act as the Technical Design Authority on projects alongside the Technical Architects. - Provide governance to projects and mentor members of the team. - Showcase our propositions to customers via online webinars and face to face workshops. - Engage with our clients stakeholders and ensure our solutions are understood throughout the firm. - Engage with customers on a long-term basis and drive Microsoft Azure adoption. - Create collateral and GTM ideas to enhance our offering in the marketplace. - Work on proposals and RFI's alongside the sales and pre-sales teams. - Maintaining technical knowledge by working closely with our Microsoft account teams. - The Employee is required to follow our clients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times.
