Collaborate with Brand and In-Field Teams, facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions (HCP and non-HCP), synthesize insights to identify target segments, determine brand positioning, drive Close Loop Marketing engagement, and populate Brand Plan Insights. 2. Develop a robust Patient Journey with cross-stakeholder input; propose strategic objectives based on Patient Journey insights; challenge and critique Brand strategies to maintain patient-centricity. 3. Ensure all deliverables align with branding and convey emotional messages consistent with the Brand Story. 4. Guide marketing activities, incorporating innovative tactics, partnerships, multi-channel opportunities, and multi-stakeholder initiatives to meet brand objectives. 5. Align in-field materials and strategies to support brand momentum. 6. Lead development of marketing inputs for Strategic Brand Plan, consolidate Tactical and Long Range Plans. 7. Develop, lead, and coach team members; forecast and monitor KPIs; manage budget and P&L; track ROI for marketing activities. 8. As Brand Team Leader: Lead the team around a shared vision and objectives; contribute to strategy development; foster collaboration and team spirit; organize and facilitate meetings.
