We are looking for a passionate **Responsibilities**: - Partners with managers and supervisors to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required, - Negotiates salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee. - Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management. - Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority Partners with managers in the interviewing/hiring process. - Assists Recruitment Manager in acquiring and developing tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, striving continuously to improve value work with management to identify key strategic organizational needs. Qualifications: - Proven work total experience of min. 4 years from which 2 years is as a Recruiting Lead handling a team of Recruiters/Sr. Recruiters. - Has a strong background in volume agent hiring and sourcing in a BPO setting. - Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases-Preferred. - Experience in leading and managing in a remote/ virtual environment. - Familiarity with social media and other professional networks. - Proven to have been very collaborative and with high level of accountability and ownership of the targets and metrics. - Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills. - Strong decision-making skills, critical thinking and problem solving.
