Job summary Flywheel's suite of digital commerce solutions accelerate growth across all major digital marketplaces for the world's leading brands. We give clients access to near real-time performance measurement and improve sales, share, and profit. Responsibilities - Discover and recruit new affiliates/creators: Conduct research and outreach to identify creators who align with client brand goals. - Coordinate affiliate campaigns: Share creative briefs, help manage sample requests, and communicate guidelines to creators. - Support affiliate communications: Respond to creator inquiries and provide coaching as needed to maximize campaign success. - Track and report on affiliate activity: Monitor creator performance, sample status, and campaign milestones. Desired requirements - Ecommerce-Savvy: You have experience in ecommerce or social commerce, with a solid understanding of retail operations and platforms like TikTok Shop. - Self-Starter: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and aren't afraid to take initiative and own projects. - Collaborative Team Player: You're comfortable navigating cross-functional relationships with clients, creators, affiliates, and internal teams.
