Position Summary: The Rehabilitation Aide (equivalent to rehabilitation technician and physical therapy aide positions) assists the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians by performing administrative and clinical duties. Responsibilities include greeting patients, supporting physical therapists and assistants during treatments, all in compliance with state practice act requirements. Prepare patients for treatments, assist with supportive devices, and support physical therapists during procedures. Motivate and assist patients with exercises and functional activities under professional supervision. Administer routine treatments such as hot/cold packs, Ultrasounds, Electrical stimulation, etc. Clean treatment areas and equipment post-session. Wash linens/towels, organize linen supplies. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and other areas, restock supplies as needed. Assist with answering phones, scheduling, and paperwork management. Monitor and manage clinic supplies, including inventory and ordering. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; internship preferred. Work Experience: Prior clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred. Skills: Strong communication, documentation, attention to detail, time management, teamwork, compassion, basic office equipment knowledge. Language Skills: Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Physical Demands: Visual acuity, talking, hearing, sitting, standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds, fine motor skills. Work Environment: Indoor office setting, usually low noise level.
