Overview Purpose of the Team The Global Business Services Center Financial Systems team supports the Shared Services Organization and other Mastercard business units by providing project management, application, and end-user support for key systems. The team comprises contributors with leadership skills, consulting mindsets, and strong project management capabilities. Role Manage system enhancements, projects, strategies, setups, and support for Oracle e-Business Suite General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and related applications such as Corptax and OTP. Partner with business users to provide application overviews, assess automation opportunities, and deliver system training as needed. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues effectively. Provide ongoing production support, including problem management, ticket logging, communication, and escalation. Evaluate new products and functionalities based on business needs. Maintain updated configuration documentation and training guides. Perform testing related to patches, upgrades, and modifications promptly. Develop business and technical requirements, analysis, and documentation for projects. Support audits in line with SOX controls. All About You Fluent in English (verbal and written). Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Functional knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite version 12 core financial modules, with preferred experience in Tax applications. Ability to influence and engage business partners effectively. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools; familiarity with Microsoft Projects and Visio is preferred. Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships within a multinational organization. Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage projects independently.
