Manage internal and external communications related to CCTV operations Monitor and maintain all AV and CCTV systems in the operations control room Perform routine checks and troubleshooting on all camera systems Configure, install, and support CCTV applications (Milestone, AXIS, Hikvision) Coordinate with network and storage teams to ensure secure data handling Provide manuals and operator training on system use Maintain system functionality including software updates and desktop integrations Deliver 24/7 emergency support and process work orders Requirements: Fluent in English (C1 level), written and spoken Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Systems Engineering Proven experience with CCTV setup, maintenance, and software configuration ?
