Ten or more years of clinical experience preferred. Five or more years in a medical director or administrative role preferred. Comfortable leading a large, multidisciplinary team with a high patient census. Proven success in building new product/service/market required, in addition to overseeing clinical programs. Willing to round at the patient unit eight weeks and eight weekends per year; site call approximately six times per month. Willing to serve the Maryland counties of Prince George and Montgomery. Required Certifications and Licenses: Currently licensed without restrictions as a physician in at least one key state of the hospice division (e.g., Texas). Valid driver's license required.
