Our objective for you is simple: Do the best work of your life. **Responsibilities**: - Manage and direct tracking and reporting - Handle and manage campaign management across multiple accounts - Liaise with the media planning team and coordinate media operations teams on assigned projects and key accounts - Collaborate with Media team to recommend creative ways to meet all campaign specifications - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to discuss campaign set up execution and optimization success - Serve as the P.O.C. to resolve issues between reporting systems and creative malfunctions - Review reporting on a regular basis to mitigate potential issues - Coordinate and collaborate with Media Ops Team - Act as the liaison between account and business teams during campaign flights **Preferred Qualifications**: - 1-3 years experience in an agency, tech startup, marketing, integrated marketing communications, or media sales role. - Graduate of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree program focused on Business, Communication, Marketing, and Market Research fields. - Previous experience as a Campaign Manager; experience in ad operations or media planning is preferred - Broad knowledge of media channels - Excellent communication skills - Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying - Demonstrates accountability and strong organizational skills - A deep understanding of the industry's issues, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advance Hylink's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace. - Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans. - Work in a hybrid back-to-work schedule PrOXqX0E1j
