What We are looking for a Customer Engineer who is excited about shaping a global, scalable product called minka ledger. This is a customer-facing role in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment and therefore requires exceptional soft skills in order to quickly establish credibility with our B2B clients and partners, and to guide them in focusing their developers on building financial services rather than infrastructure. We are building developer-focused deep tech tools and you will work closely with an experienced revenue and product teams led by our CTO, Zeljko Rumenjak and CRO, Marko Erkic. How Collaborate with the sales team and prospective clients to understand their technical requirements, challenges, and objectives. Develop customized technical solutions and product demonstrations that effectively showcase the capabilities and value proposition of your real-time payments platforms and settlements solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle to address customer inquiries, mitigate concerns, and build trust. Conduct product training sessions and workshops for internal sales teams, external partners, and clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of your solutions and their potential applications. Continuously update and enhance your knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Assist revenue teams in qualifying leads, conducting discovery sessions, and crafting tailored sales presentations and proposals. Participate in technical discussions, solution architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to validate the feasibility and value of your offerings for prospective clients. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and implementation teams, to address customer requirements and oversee project lifecycle stages. Someone who can own the entire project lifecycle. This includes defining technical and business requirements, designing the architecture, overseeing implementation, and ensuring smooth deployment into production. You’ll be the bridge between technical execution and strategic delivery, driving outcomes that align with client goals and our vision for scalable, developer-focused tools. Be an owner Build proof of concepts & help customers execute their product goals Lead initiatives to facilitate smoother and faster sales cycles, as well as higher win rates Design and deploy integrations between minka_ and the customer core transactional systems Work alongside with the product, tech and sales teams to understand fully the sales roadmap, with end to end responsibilities Bring best practices to the Expansion team to strengthen minka’s sales process understanding fully added value, value prop, timeline and key stakeholders, both internal and externally Serve as a subject matter expert on your company's products, features, and technology stack Be a solver Serve as the go-to technical resource to the sales team during the pre-sales lifecycle Help define better processes to support the sales team, and provide insights to the engineering and product teams to improve our API Build solutions, analysis and analytics to match prospect’s business and technical requirements Write it down Conduct needs analysis and technical scoping sessions with prospective customers to gather and document key requirements Document product gaps to our engineering and product teams that will help drive better product-market fit and win rates Learn, learn and learn at least 1/4 of your time Required skills 7+ years of experience working in software development, with any modern tech stack (NodeJS) Bachelor’s degree in STEMs, preferably computer science Knows how the internet and the web works on the network and protocol level, from TCP/IP to REST APIs Experienced in solution architecture, project scoping and product demonstration skills Positive, motivated attitude, with an emphasis on excellent teamwork. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to lead initiatives from concept to completion with excellence. Fluent English and Spanish Based in Bogotá, Colombia Preferred skills Bachelor, Masters University Degree in information technology or computer science. Know what is a bit and what is bitcoin.
