This role involves providing design, development, and evaluation services to colleges, departments, and faculty, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, and promoting effective online course and program design strategies. This position will lead a team of instructional and experience designers and work directly with complementary education support services, including Academic Technology, Program Coordination, Office of Accessibility, Office of Student Affairs, and more.The Director will also attend the annual on-site Mizzou Online All Staff Retreat, Director Retreats, and other on-site events as needed.
