Right now, we are looking for a **Service Desk Analyst** to join our team at our **Bogota, Colombia** office. - You will get the chance to:_ - Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically - Follow up on all tickets in a timely manner and follow through to resolution. - Using ticketing systems, writing technical support documentation and computer proficiency with hardware and software technologies - Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues - Advice user on appropriate action - Follow standard help desk procedures - Redirect problems to correct resource - Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention - Assist other departments with troubleshooting and tech inquiries - What will help you succeed:_ - 1+ years of Service Desk Analyst experience - 1+ years of Service Desk Analyst experience - Hardware knowledge: Basic - Software troubleshooting: Basic - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience(Ex. Certification) - Languages: Basic level of English - Technical Skills:_ - Monitoring tools, phone support, ticketing system, password reset, network operations,MDM, MS 365: Basic - Jamf: Advance, Azure: Basic. - Windows 10 & 11, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, iOS devices, Android Devices, Printers. - Mac OS: Basic. - Linux: Basic. - Networking: Basic. - VPN: Basic, VoIP Telephony: Basic. - Cloning and Imaging: Intermediate.
