Job summary We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Country Sales Manager with a deep understanding of the IVD market in Colombia. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and business development within the IVD industry, particularly in hematology products. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. - A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the IVD industry, with a proven track record in business development, particularly in hematology or related diagnostic fields. - Strong knowledge of the IVD market in Colombia, including key players, market trends, regulations, and customer needs. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Responsibilities - Market Expansion: Identify and develop new regional markets, promoting DYMIND's IVD (especially Hematology) products to potential distribution channels, healthcare providers, and end-users across Colombia. - Agent and Channel Management: Lead and support regional agents and distributors, ensuring they achieve their sales targets and are aligned with DYMIND's goals. - Sales Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets in the assigned region, focusing on market penetration and brand visibility. - Customer Needs & Solutions: Analyze the unique needs of the local market and propose tailored solutions to address them, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
