About the Role: We seeka seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist experienced inhiring for Finance, Legal, and/or HR functions within a corporateenvironment. You will attract top talent globally, fromtransactional to strategic leadership roles, partnering withdepartment heads and HR Business Partners to build high-performingteams. What Will You Be Doing: -Manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance, Legal, and/or HR roles,from requisition to onboarding. - Build relationships with seniorleaders to understand their hiring needs. - Develop sourcingstrategies using channels like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, andnetworking. - Screen candidates for technical skills and culturalfit. - Ensure a positive candidate experience with timelycommunication. - Collaborate with HR and compensation teams todevelop offers. - Maintain recruitment data and report on hiringmetrics. - Ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements. - Partner with agencies and search firms as needed. - Represent thecompany to candidates and third parties. - Work with hiringmanagers throughout the interview process. - Stay informed onindustry trends and the competitive landscape. What Makes You a Strong Candidate: - 5+ years of recruiting experience, includingagency experience. - Experience recruiting for finance, legal,and/or HR roles, especially in regulated industries. - Experiencewith international relocation and cross-border recruitment. -Knowledge of finance, legal, and HR terminology and credentials. -Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills, including nicheplatforms and associations. - Experience in measuring quality ofhire, stakeholder satisfaction, candidate experience, andtime-to-fill. - Ability to partner with senior stakeholders. -Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus. - Experiencewith ATS systems like Jobvite is preferred.
