The Senior Manager HRBP will provide strategic direction for the business, identifying the right HR strategy and solutions to meet business objectives. They will also own the talent strategy for the business, providing strategic insights and solutions to leaders on talent priorities and needs. Key responsibilities include championing a customer-focused culture, participating in strategic business plan development, and owning the talent strategy for the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to strategically influence and persuade senior leaders, identify solutions through effective questioning, and possess strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
