We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as a Senior Manager HRBP. This role will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of Business Human Resources activities, ensuring specific individual goals and plans are executed in support of the team's business strategies. The Senior Manager HRBP will provide strategic direction for the business, identifying the right HR strategy and solutions to meet business objectives. They will also own the talent strategy for the business, providing strategic insights and solutions to leaders on talent priorities and needs. Key responsibilities include championing a customer-focused culture, participating in strategic business plan development, and owning the talent strategy for the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to strategically influence and persuade senior leaders, identify solutions through effective questioning, and possess strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
