Port to Port Immigration Services is looking for a Recruiter to join our team (Permanent - work remotely). The Recruiter is responsible for creating strategic staffing approaches to attract a wide pool of qualified talent for the organization. **Responsibilities**: - Design and implement overall recruiting strategy - Research and develop recruiting leads - Post jobs to appropriate job boards - Conducting interviews to assess & sort through applicants to fill open positions - Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge/skills/experience **Requirements**: - Need to be able to fluently communicate in English - Proven work experience as a Recruiter (at least 3 years experience) - Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods - Experience with recruitment/selection processes and databases - Hands-on experience with recruiting software (experience with JazzHR will be an advantage) - Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook Adds & local sources - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing - Good interpersonal skills. - Good decision-making skills. - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Confident & a positive attitude Education: Highschool (required) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full time **Salary**: $1000/pm CAD q7qMdN2b9V
