Cheil Colombia is seeking our next Bilingual Webmaster Lead or Bilingual Project Manager , focused on web production, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a regional scale project from the initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Lead project execution, monitor progress against plan, and ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with project goals. Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed to minimize impact on project objectives. Proceeding with Asset QA and evaluating provided assets, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements, conducting reviews and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, assessing impacts and obtaining necessary approvals to maintain project integrity. Sending files to TransPerfect for translations and attaching translated file to the ticket. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records. Ensure that KPI and SLA will be followed and keep Communication between RSC SPOC and production team. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Project Manager or similar role, managing projects from initiation to completion in a variety of industries. Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or related field; relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred. Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities, to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and reach consensus among stakeholders with differing interests. Knowledge in terms of web development and processes, implementation of digital solutions and regional scale projects. Proficiency in Spanish and English (C1 certified) is a must.
