About the Role Key responsibilities and authority As a Network Operations Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of the organization's network infrastructure in its day-to-day needs. You will be working closely with the Network Engineers and other IT professionals on relevant projects, ensuring that the network keeps running with no constraints to our clients. Your technical knowledge of network protocols and technologies will be crucial in responding to daily problems. About You Key requirements 1 year of multivendor network/security hands-on experience. Knowledge of WiFi network solutions implementation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of network security, including firewalls, VPN, and access controls. Experience with multivendor network design, Fortinet and Aruba preferred. Knowledge of network automation and IaC concepts will be a plus. Responsible, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style. Vendor-based certifications will be a plus (CCNA, ACSA, NSE4, DevNet). Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Education/Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (valuated). Cisco CCNA, CCNP (valuated).
