Our team is passionate about making privacy accessible for everyone. About the Role: We are looking for an Associate Customer Support Representative to join our team in Medellín. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them resolve issues, answering questions, and ensuring an outstanding experience. After training, you will manage support tickets through our internal systems (Zendesk). This is a hybrid position requiring 2/3 days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer support inquiries via web, email, and Zendesk. Educate customers on privacy best practices and our services. Document case details and customer feedback to improve processes. Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues as needed. Partner with internal teams to solve customer problems. Requirements: 1–2 years of previous experience in customer support or a similar role. Excellent communication skills (especially written English). Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using technology and multiple systems. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Availability to work weekends. Preferred Skills: Experience with SaaS support, Zendesk, G Suite, and Slack. Work Schedule: Two options available: Saturday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch break). Saturday–Tuesday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM EST (1-hour lunch break).
