About the Role We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience design for a dynamic product in the Media & Streaming industry. You will be at the forefront of shaping intuitive, engaging, and scalable user flows while driving strategic UX decisions from discovery to delivery. This role requires a strong mix of systems thinking, research expertise, and hands-on design leadership. What You’ll Do - 5+ years of experience in UX Design, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity. - Demonstrated experience designing for media, content platforms, or streaming services (video, audio, or similar). - Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and successful end-to-end UX projects. - Experience in discovery phases: stakeholder interviews, user research, problem framing. - Deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, and interaction design. - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, or similar. - Ability to analyze research and translate insights into design decisions. - Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating rationale and facilitating alignment. - Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating cross-functionally. - Fluent in English (verbal and written). - Background in service design or systems design. - Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams. Must-Have Requirements: - Strong ability to create visually compelling compositions that communicate a clear message. - Understand and apply typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy effectively. - Ability to design for both static and animated content. - Strong attention to detail and excellent file organization. - Experience with digital product design, visual systems, responsive layouts, and interaction design. - Strategic and creative thinking with strong storytelling skills. - Confidence in explaining and defending design decisions. - Ability to recognize market trends and consumer preferences, especially in the banking sector. - Excellent time management and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
