We are searching the best talent for** Analista Contable **to be located in **Bogota, Colombia** (Global Mobility Not Applicable). **Purpose** Johnson & Johnson is looking to recruit a Finance Analyst to support the Medical Devices sector for Northern Cluster. This role can be based in Bogotá. The Finance analyst will provide some Countries support to the compliance organizationas well and provide control leadership to Business Partner, finance, deliver , **Key Responsibilities**: - Contribution in the Finance internal SOX control´s structuring programs for Northern Cluster Business units - Support the integration of the work teams to carry out control actions, executing the work plans and complying with the established Risk control procedures. - Assist activities for prior controls and investigations to verify compliance and detecting potential issues. - Responsible for technical reports, compilation of tests and evidence related to the control actions carried out - Running analysis on business units’ processes, making appropriate recommendations due to the need for control, to comply with J&J; Global established procedures. - Support preparation, coordination plan and follow-up of GA&A; audits and Compliance reviews for Northern Cluster countries. - Collaborates and support on Policies and procedures (WWP, SOP, ICH, WI) for the businesses and training for BU's process through SUMMIT tool **Qualifications**: - Education level required: Bachelor’s degree in BA, Accounting, Finance or Economics. - Required skills: Big Picture, Critical Thinking, Influence and ability to connect with teams - Required knowledge: Finance, additional experience working with Internal controls, compliance, internal audit **Primary Location** Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá - **Organization** Johnson & Johnson de Colombia S.A.
