This role can be based in Bogotá. The Finance analyst will provide some Countries support to the compliance organizationas well and provide control leadership to Business Partner, finance, deliver , **Key Responsibilities**: - Contribution in the Finance internal SOX control´s structuring programs for Northern Cluster Business units - Support the integration of the work teams to carry out control actions, executing the work plans and complying with the established Risk control procedures. - Assist activities for prior controls and investigations to verify compliance and detecting potential issues. - Responsible for technical reports, compilation of tests and evidence related to the control actions carried out - Running analysis on business units’ processes, making appropriate recommendations due to the need for control, to comply with J&J; Global established procedures. - Support preparation, coordination plan and follow-up of GA&A; audits and Compliance reviews for Northern Cluster countries. - Collaborates and support on Policies and procedures (WWP, SOP, ICH, WI) for the businesses and training for BU's process through SUMMIT tool **Qualifications**: - Education level required: Bachelor’s degree in BA, Accounting, Finance or Economics. - Required skills: Big Picture, Critical Thinking, Influence and ability to connect with teams - Required knowledge: Finance, additional experience working with Internal controls, compliance, internal audit **Primary Location** Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá - **Organization** Johnson & Johnson de Colombia S.A.
