Key Responsibilities: 1. AI-Driven Real Estate Processes - Support the implementation of AI tools to analyze market trends, generate leads, and improve property valuation accuracy. - Work closely with the team to refine proprietary pricing models and build AI-driven marketing strategies. 2. Data Analysis & Market Research - Analyze market trends to assist in selecting properties for marketing efforts. - Create marketing lists using Excel and proprietary tools, including mail merge. - Support data cleansing and preparation for AI-driven insights. 3. Transaction Coordination - Manage the end-to-end transaction process, from lead generation to title processing and closing. 4. Disposition Management - Oversee the property sales process, coordinate with brokers, and ensure timely, profitable transactions. 5. Digital Marketing & Social Media - Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns and social media platforms. - Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, creating engaging posts and interacting with followers. - Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach through digital channels. 6. Lead Intake & Market Comparables - Conduct market comparables to craft counteroffers within 12 hours of receiving leads. - Collaborate with the acquisitions team to finalize and close sales. 7.
