Join us as a Regional Planning & Control Consultant and play a key role in the financial and operational performance of the Regional Centre South America. Based in Bogotá and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) , this role is part of the Operations team and consolidates all planning, controlling, and reporting activities. You’ll provide accurate, insightful information that supports business decisions, risk management, and operational excellence. Your Responsibilities Coordinate the annual expense planning process for the Regional Centre South America in collaboration with Reinsurance Control (RIC). Lead long-term planning, annual budgeting, and periodic updates in alignment with Group standards. Monitor, analyze, and report on expenses versus budget, identifying key variances and improvement areas. Serve as the go-to person for inquiries related to expenses and forecasts. Oversee sectorized budgets by function/cost center and support budget owners. Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with local and global policies, procedures, and organizational standards. Conduct internal control checks and support operational risk event reporting. Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, controlling, or internal controls, preferably in a multinational setting. Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams—experience with virtual and agile environments is a plus. Curious, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions and improvements. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI and SAP is a strong plus.
