**Required skills**: - Working knowledge of Oracle DDL syntax and PL/SQL language - Understanding of Agile development methodology - Work with all levels within the organization, from leadership and senior management to the workforce - Test functionality of and interactions between enterprise financial systems from an end user perspective. - 4 years total of minimum experience, have a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience as substitute - 2 minimum years of related experience. - Extensive knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, system security, database management, and web platforms - Above-average understanding of business operations. - Awareness of and the ability to use a wide variety of software solutions. - Project management and teamwork skills. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in layman's terms. - The ability to provide superb customer service and to be positive. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task. - Strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance or operations. - Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs. - Flexibility to travel up to 25%. **Roles and Responsibilities**: - Continue development & testing activities to support budget/procurement integration enhancement activities, as prioritized by Business/IT. - Coordinate meetings to gather and document requirements for new enhancements, as prioritized by Business/IT. - Troubleshoot and mitigate/resolve reported issues, as prioritized by Customer/IT. - Design and conduct development level testing and support demo and training activities for deliverables, as prioritized by Business/IT. - Establishing the client’s business strategy and technical needs. - Giving technical advice to clients and maintaining ongoing relationships with them. - Providing customer feedback in a timely manner to the production department to ensure that product development or modification meets the clients’ needs. **Must have**: - Experience managing technical development by acting as a liaison between the technical team and the user community. - PMP or MBA
