As a Supervisor , you will analyze the performance of the accelerators' team through compliance reports tailored to each account's needs, ensuring quality results. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Analyze the performance of accelerators via compliance reports based on each account's needs, delivering quality results. Guide accelerators in their daily activities, respond to their concerns, and provide tools for efficient task completion. Identify and support training and coaching needs to facilitate skill development. Ensure that equipment for team members is in good condition. Education: High School Degree required; a bachelor's in International Business, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields is desirable. Language: Advanced English skills (B2+ to C1 preferred). Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (on-call Friday afternoon to Monday morning). We follow the American calendar.
