**Description** We are looking for a Senior UX Designer. As part of our team, you will work in a technology agile environment, to create sketches, rough wireframes, prototypes-both static and clickable-and low - and high-resolution comps for product and engineering teams. **Education** - Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design, Computer Science or related field. **Experience** - Around 5 years of experience as a UX Designer. **Skills** - Knowledge of UX Design principles. - Knowledge of the main product design methodologies (Design Thinking - Double Diamond, Design Sprint...) - Experience working on projects following product design methodologies. - Conduct and facilitate workshop and design sessions with users, stakeholders and/or team. (Discovery, define, ideation, user testing...) - Ability to analyze and present user research results, insights or UX processes and deliverables to stakeholders, and team members. - Knowledge of UX deliverables from the different design process stages. - Proven experience in creating UX deliverables, from user research data and/or any other source provided. (e.g. User personas, journey map, service blueprint, information architecture...) - Knowledge and proven experience working with information architecture in websites, apps or digital products. - Knowledge and understanding of responsive/adaptive design (grid system, spacing...) - Knowledge of fundamental visual design principles (e.g. gestalt laws, typography and color theory...) - Proven experience sketching, wireframing and prototyping. - Proven experience creating user interfaces for websites, apps or digital products. - Proven experience using industry standard software including Figma, FigJam, Sketch. - Proven experience creating and maintaining a UI style guide to ensure design consistency. - Experience doing visual QA on the UI design developed by the dev team. - Experience doing design handoff to the engineering team **Nice to have** - Knowledge and understanding of how to design for inclusivity and accessibility. - Basic HTML / CSS knowledge. **Soft Skills** - Advanced English level. - Open to learning new technologies. - Great communication skills.
