As a **Back Office Specialist**, you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's financial, operational, and accounting processes. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Adding beginning and ending balances for bank statements using Excel. - Using files collected from the client to create a complete and organized loan package that is ready to be given to the lending institution for the commercial loan. - Inputting and updating information in the CRM and other online portals. - Performing basic underwriting to determine appropriate banks based upon the client file. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Very friendly, good attitude. - Proactive. - Task and detail-oriented. - Organized. - Basic Excel skills. **Minimum requirements**: - ** Studies**: High School Degree is **required**.
